• Full payment is required at the time of booking or in person if cash payment has been selected.

• All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once a class or subscription is purchased.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If we cancel, you may receive a class credit or reschedule.

• Please arrive on time and check in before class begins.

• If you are late, entry may not be permitted to avoid disruption.

• Respect the instructor and other participants. We reserve the right to remove anyone acting inappropriately or in breach of these terms.

• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to participate in the class.

• By attending, you confirm that you have no medical conditions that prevent safe participation.

• Always inform the instructor of any injuries or concerns before the class.

• Participation is at your own risk. Carbon is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after the class.
